Keto Avocado Smoothie: Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Stevia or Erythritol
  • Ice cubes
Keto Avocado Smoothie

Steps:

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Add avocado, almond milk, chia seeds, coconut oil, sweetener, and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Serve chilled.
