Keto Avocado Smoothie: Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp Stevia or Erythritol
- Ice cubes

Steps:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop out the flesh.
- Add avocado, almond milk, chia seeds, coconut oil, sweetener, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
