With fast pan-fried chicken cubes and an easy homemade alfredo sauce, you can make a delicious and creamy keto chicken alfredo meal. For a simple comfort food supper, serve with steamed broccoli. It’s EXTREMELY DELICIOUS!
Keto Chicken Alfredo : Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)

Steps:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in skillet until fully cooked, around 7-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet, coating it in Alfredo sauce.
- Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.
