Keto Chicken Alfredo

In only 20 minutes, you can make a skillet keto chicken alfredo without pasta! With fast pan-fried chicken cubes and an easy homemade alfredo sauce, you can make a delicious and creamy keto chicken alfredo meal. For a simple comfort food supper, serve with steamed broccoli. It’s EXTREMELY DELICIOUS!

Keto Chicken Alfredo : Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)
Keto Chicken Alfredo

Steps:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken in skillet until fully cooked, around 7-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet, coating it in Alfredo sauce.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.
